I was interested in having surgery after I had a fracture to my nose a few years ago. I was really nervous about the outcome and the surgery itself. I was very pleased with the outcome. The procedure was alot less painful than I thought. The only discomfort I felt was just pressure headaches for a few days. I was back at work after a week.

My cheeks had lost volume, and I had big smile wrinkles. I also did not like the way the skin on my neck was sagging. The fat grafting gave more volume to my cheeks, and complimented my lower face and necklift. I also had Botox for my frown lines and crows feet. I am very pleased with the surgical results, and hope that it will look good for many more years to come.
