Lip filler and keloid risk?

I had a small keloid or thick scar behind my ear due to a wrong shot piercing. Now I want to have lip fillers with the hyaluron pen. Is this any danger because of the scarring I once had because of the piercing?

If the surgeon said he injected Juvederm he injected Juvederm which would be absorbed after a year and a half and your lump may be a number of possiblilties like a sebaceous cyst or granuloma or something else.
