Lip filler and keloid risk?

Question

I had a small keloid or thick scar behind my ear due to a wrong shot piercing. Now I want to have lip fillers with the hyaluron pen. Is this any danger because of the scarring I once had because of the piercing?

While Keloids are common around the ears (earlobes piercings), I have not seen them on the lips (Vermillon) themselves. Discuss your concerns with your injector before proceeding.
