Eye retracted again after revision surgery, can this be improved using spacer graft or anything else? (Photos)

2 years ago I wanted to remove a bag under one of my eye. The surger caused my eyes to retract. One year after the original surgery I went to a very reputable occuloplastic surgeon to repair my eyes. I had a cantholasty to both eyes. I asked about using spacer graft but the surgeon told me he does not use spacer grafts and it is not required in my case. Originally I loved the results. However, one year later the one eye has retracted again. The surgeon dismissed my claim.
