Getting retraction repair with orbital rim augmentation: fat graft or infraorbital implant?

Hi, I’m having eyelid retraction repair as well as something to correct my negative orbital vector. The choices are fat graft or infraorbital implant. With fat graft I’m concerned about my body weight fluctuations effecting it (I compete in bodybuilding) but with the implants I’m worried about infection - either shortly after the implant or a delayed infection. What are your thoughts? I’m leaning towards the implant but am really worried about the infection risk. Thanks!
