I had a transconjunctival lower bleph and my medial corner is completely stretched out on one side. It used to be taught and sit up higher and this is causing great asymmetry. My surgeon assured me he was delicate and didn't hit anything so he's thinking it might be from the stretching and pulling down of my eyelid. Is there a way to tighten the medial corner of an eyelid? My whole eyelid sits lower now, but the issue is coming from the medial corner.
