I had Voluma injected into my medial cheeks for tear trough hollowness/dark circles. The injector said I would need two vials, one for medial cheek volume and one for tear trough. I did not budget for two vials (was told prior I only need 1) so she just injected medial cheek only. It ended up making my hollowness more to pronounced. I told her a month later I didn’t like it and want it dissolved. She said I need more and will not dissolve what I have. Is this typical? What should I do?

Hi, thank you for your question! I would recommend waiting for weeks after sculptra to have voluma injected into the temples. I would recommend following up with your certified injector to evaluate if it is needed after sculptra.
