Thanks for your question. Filler is not traditionally injected into your circled areas and can be very dangerou. What you can do instead is; inject the muscles of your upper face with neurotoxin to reduce the bulky muscles. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

If the product is superficial it should be treated effectively with hyaluronidase. You may wish to visit with another injector for a second opinion. Voluma is an HA product and can be dissolved.
