I’ve had Voluma twice now 1.5 years apart to my medial cheeks as I’m 42 and with exercise regularly my upper body including my face gets very lean. I’m happy with the outcome of the fillers on my cheeks as they had started to develop a sunken, deflated look and now I look more refreshed. However with the that area being raised it seems to have created a more noticeable tear trough whereas it was only very mild before. Is this to be expected? Or how can this be better addressed for next time?

Answer: Can Voluma to inner cheeks cause tear trough problems? How can this be addressed? (photos)
Thanks for your question. Filler is not traditionally injected into your circled areas and can be very dangerou. What you can do instead is; inject the muscles of your upper face with neurotoxin to reduce the bulky muscles. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Hello and thank you for your question. Massage can be an important part of blending filler in to an area to reduce the chance of lumps however it's unusual for it to be so hard it bruises you.
We hope that answers your question. Best wishes
If the product is superficial it should be treated effectively with hyaluronidase. You may wish to visit with another injector for a second opinion. Voluma is an HA product and can be dissolved.
