Can Derma Roller work for ice pick scars?

I've heard a lot about it and I'm wondering if it may help with my small ice pick scars, I don't believe they are very deep or that noticeable unless you get really close up. Does it work?

Depending on the depth of your scar, you may need 3-5 treatments.  I highly recommend having a professional do it for you because the depth of needle that you would need to make a significant improvement requires facial numbing.For some ice pick scarring though, you may need them to be cut out.  Your plastic surgeon will be able to let you know what is best for you.
