I am experiencing severe pain worsening daily after Ultherapy. It is the worst today, day 10.

This is definitely not a common occurrence. Although there is some pain and discomfort during the Ultherapy procedure, there should be no pain after the treatment is done. Some people report feeling a little tenderness around the jaw and brow area, but nothing like you have described. I would follow up with your treating physician for an in-person evaluation. Hope things get better for you!

Hi nsw,Sorry to hear about your most unusual post Ultherapy course.  In the hundreds of thousands of patients who have undergone Ultherapy, I have not heard or read about one with your symptoms.  The very good news is that any nerve injury from Ultherapy resolves within 3 weeks to a few months.  You should return to your treating physician for follow up and examination.  Good luck and be well.  Let us know how you are feeling.Dr. P

What you are describing is very unusual and inconsistent with my experience. Do you have any history of myofacial pain syndrome, Fibromyalgia, lyme, neuralgia etc? Its difficult to comment without knowing your medical history and how you were treated. I would suggest returning to the doctor who treated you for further evaluation.
