I had a mini lower facelift to tighten my jawline and the swelling is so Obvious where the incision lines were above my ears on each side. Its ripples and soft tissue swelling, it makes it look like wrinkles but with fluid in them. I really doctor but they act like it's not visible.. What can be done?

You lost some pigment due to interruption of blood flow. Hopefully, you do not use any tobacco products. I would suggest no further surgery now, but micro-needling for the scars and cosmetic, not artistic, tattooing for the areas where piment is lost. The pulling will slowly improve over time...
