Do I have lateral sweep deformity? How can this be resolved? (Photos)

I had a revision facelift 2 years ago (after an unsuccesful minilift few years earlier). The revision included deep plane fl and neck lift and conservative buccal fat pad removal. I am deeply disappointed about the results. My both cheekbones protrude out like this, making it look like I have deep hollows under my zygomatic arch. My cheek area was 100% even before the surgery. I can feel hard bumps under the skin. I assume this is where the surgeon sutured the smas layer, his surgery notes say the smas was plicated in zygoma area. How can this be resolved? He’s refusing to help and those I consulted said they cannot flatten the zygoma area bumps. Would ultrasound help to diagnose the issue? I wanted smooth countour to my midface but this looks very harsh and make me look unatractive.
