Mid face/neck lift & upper bleph 8 months ago, is this a failed facelift? (Photos)

Widened scars in facial surgery are usually due to excessive tension on the skin at the time of closure. I would recommend a revision deep plane face lift/necklift. This will properly address the jowls, midface, jawline, and permit elevating the deeper tissues so there will be no tension on the skin closure (to maximize the changes of better future scars). I would recommend seeking a consultation with an experienced American Board of Plastic Surgery with extensive knowledge of aesthetic surgery. Ideally, this surgeon has completed an Aesthetic Society accredited aesthetic surgery fellowship.

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

The main problem is the distortion of your ears and scars. Your earlobe got pulled down which allowed your jawline to sag. You need your earlobe reduced and reshaped so it doesn’t get dragged down. I see this problem commonly

i would suggest micro-needling for the scars and micro-needling plus radiofrequency to help the jaw line.
