40 - Can I have a facelift revision at 12 month mark and what are the risks?

Humorous374809
So I’m planning to have a revision because I had a skin only midface where PS removed tissue from my lateral cheeks and removed 1 cm of skin, in which distorted my whole contour and eyes look slanted side of face makes my face look square an pulled look, he did not touch the SMas only removed tissue and cut skin, what are the risks of having a revision to reposition the smas is it more risks of nerve damage skin necrosis and hematomas? I read that a revision is more difficult im only 40 years
