Loose jowls after Face Lift surgery - do I neec a revision? (Photos)

After 4 weeks of my facelift my jowls slowly started to pop back out. Now not as bad as before but the side that was worse (left side) is really embarrassing me again. The PS insisted a FL would address my jowls. But it hasn’t. The procedure was SMAS plication. With neck lift which part was very successful. Do I need another facelift. How can this be corrected. As the FL was very invasive and painful with recovery not easy.

You lost some pigment due to interruption of blood flow. Hopefully, you do not use any tobacco products. I would suggest no further surgery now, but micro-needling for the scars and cosmetic, not artistic, tattooing for the areas where piment is lost. The pulling will slowly improve over time...

At 23, no facelift should have been done on someone with such tight skin. However, the pixie ear can be released and reset and this can be done under local. If it has been tried 4 times, you now have a lot of scar tissue in that area. although you do not want to hear this, it would be best to do...

I would suggest micro-needling for the scars and micro-needling plus radiofrequency to help the jaw line.
