I’m a 20 year old male with acne scars on my upper right cheek. I know that face lifting would be unconventional for my age, but I think I might have some good reasons. As you can see, my scars are pretty wide but also shallow. My right cheek is a lot more saggy and stretchy than my left, and the line at the top of my right cheek is far more prominent than the other one. What other procedures would you recommend? How much do you realistically believe my acne scars could improve?

For acne scarring, there are other, safer options. The first would be subcision with resurfacing via Morpheus8 RF microneedling. Another would be micro or nanofat injections under and within the acne scars. The growth factors and stem cells present in these forms of fat work very well for scarring and healing. For any discoloration, IPL can be helpful. CO2 resurfacing is also an option, though more invasive. As for improvement, it really depends. Multiple treatments would likely be needed before determining the "result". In many cases, at least 50% improvement is possible. Hope this helps!
