Hello, First of all, your facial aesthetics are great. I would recommend you move very slowly with filler to the more 'hollow' lower part of the face as the filler can appear lumpy/bumpy in this area and be irregular. I would allow the filler to dissolve and focus on skin resurfacing technologies. Modalities such as laser/microneedling etc will help boost the skin's collagen production and create thicker, plumper more even textured skin.

Your puffiness behind the marionette lines are very distal to the lift entry point that a mini lift will not have any effect and a traditional SMAS lift may not have the pull you desire. An extended deep plane lift will likely get you the greatest effect on the area.
