So I have always had a lot of excess/droopy skin on my face (even as a kid) especially the vertical area under my eyes the whole way down to the corners of my mouth it makes me feel like my face looks like my face is melting off and makes makes my aready wide jaw appear even bigger. It's a shame because when I pull all the skin up manually I see decent cheekbones. Part of me thinks that it's because my cheeks have always been hanging off my terribly long and hollow under eye circles.
Answer: Facial surgery I don’t see anything at all wrong with your face and would not recommend any surgery for you. If you want a facelift you will easily be able to find a surgeon to do it but I advise against it

Answer: How non-invasive treatments may be right for you Thank you for your question and photos. Since you don’t appear to show significant signs of aging, you’re unlikely to qualify for a facelift at this time. However, you may benefit from a combination of dermal fillers and RF microneedling to enhance your appearance. Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers can treat under-eye hollows by adding volume to this area. While filler treatments are not surgery, they still require a great deal of skill and precision to achieve the best possible results. Our offices use a microcannula to minimize bruising and swelling and ensure the smoothest outcome. RF microneedling treatments can also tighten the droopy skin you’re referring to by increasing your body’s natural collagen production. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon or injector who can assess your concerns and help you decide on the best treatment options.

Answer: Non-Surgical Face Lift / Skin Resurfacing with Renuvion/J-Plasma -- add Lasers, Microneedling/PRP, Ultherapy, FaceTite In our practice, we perform a non-surgical face lift / skin resurfacing treatment using Renuvion Helium Plasma Radiofrequency. To get the most improvement with skin tightening, we combine Renuvion (formerly J-Plasma) with lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, CO2), microneedling/PRP, Ultherapy and InMode FaceTite. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Facial shape and aging Dear Polite434570, Thanks for sharing your photos. Beyond your beautiful features, I see the mild concerns you raise. The facial skeleton and tissues fuse in-utero and provide much of the shape you have today. Additional individuality in fat, muscles and skin along with collagen loss associated with aging yield the laxity of facial tissues creating flattening of the cheeks, hollowing under the eyes, folds along the nose and mouth and developing jowling and loss of jawline definition. My recommendations are: • Seek a in-person consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon skilled in non-surgical, minimally invasive and surgical options to achieve your goals. • Non-surgical: tretinoin (retinoids) for skin tightening, collagen restoration • Minimally invasive: Sculptra, chemical peels, threadlift, fillers • Surgical: appears to be unnecessary at this time. Based on these few static photos it appears to me that medial and lateral cheek fillers will provide enough volume to widen the upper “heart” region of your face, provide more projection (“apple”) fullness of the anterior cheek and gently lift the relaxing facial skin. Consider a Zein Obagi ZO Skin Health Certified Team for retinoids to begin the stimulatory restoration of collagen and facial skin tightening. I hope this helps. All the best!
