While you don’t appear to be a candidate for a facelift, you may benefit from an autologous fat transfer to restore volume to the sunken area beneath your eyes. Great questions--more standardized photographs or in person examination would be most helpful to discuss your concerns and how they can be improved. Based on your age and description, it sounds like most likely an issue of volume that was restored (albeit incorrectly) and then dissolved, but better views are needed.

You are definitely too young for a facelift. You had a bad experience with fillers. You can try fillers again if you like. Unfortunately the so called tear trough is best off not being messed with.

That single photo is not helpful as it doesn't give the surgeon anything to go on. Foreward facing no expression ones like you see on our websites are needed. Also, be very careful about injections into the tear troughs of fillers or fat as there are reports in the literature of permanent blindness!!
