I had chubby cheeks which now have (in my opinion) sagged to lower parts of my face. I am 24 F. First 2 photos were before and the other 2 are now

Thank you for your question and photo. Due to your age and skin elasticity, you don’t appear to be a candidate for surgical intervention at this time. You may want to consider RF microneedling treatments instead to treat the lower face sagging you're referring to. 
RF microneedling uses hair-thin needles to pierce the skin thousands of times and stimulate a wound-healing response. Radiofrequency energy travels through the needles and encourages your body’s elastin and collagen production. The skin will repair itself over the following weeks and months, growing tighter, firmer, and smoother. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can discuss your concern with you and determine the best treatment option.

Thanks for sharing your photo. I do notice your concerns and would recommend: 
•	Consultation with hands-on evaluation by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon skilled in non-surgical, minimally invasive and surgical options of facial rejuvenation
•	Non-surgical retinoid facial skin tightening by a Certified Zein Obagi, ZO Skin Health Team
•	Minimally invasive options such as: Sculptra, PDO Thread lift with facial lipocontouring and fat grafting
•	Surgery is a distant consideration noting no skin excess.
Mini-face lifts are unique to the individual needs and requirements. The use incisions and leave scars. The risks / complications for the benefits should be discussed with a qualified surgeon. While age is not the only factor for incisional rejuvenation, I do not see enough need from a single photo evaluation.

Absolutely not! No one should do a facelift on you at 24 years old! You will need that fat as you age so that you look normal. However, you do have slightly large buccal fat pads. You should find a board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate those and potentially remove them. I think that will give you the improved facial shape you are going for. Best of luck!
