I pressed on my nose for awhile and now I have a noticeable bump, please help (Photo)

I never really liked the way my nose looked because it had a slight bump so I had the idea to press on it to try to make it straighter, so I did for about a month and a half for about 5 to 10 minutes each time (sometimes 3 times a day) with moderate to really hard pressure sometimes and I realized near the end of it I had gotten a really big bump around where I was pressing. I’ve stopped now 4 weeks ago and I’m just scared that it’s permanent because the bump doesn’t seem to be going down

This area is quite far from where the columellar graft would be so I would not expect the graft to be involved in this process.

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question we will not recommend any treatment for your nose until 1 year post op. It would be better to ask about your surgeon. Although, you may do rest of your face after your edema is gone. Best Regards!

Hello! Thank you for your question. From the photos you provided I can say that you have a serious hanging columella and dorsal hump. Also you might need external graft for your nostrils. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!
