Getting Facial Feminization Surgery from 3 different surgeons - In what order should I get the procedures done?

Hello, I plan to get forehead reduction, eyebrow lift, rhinoplasty, mini facelift and submental liposuction. I was born female but want to look more feminine and young. My dilemma is I found a FFS surgeon who I trust to do only the upper third of my face, but I found 2 other surgeons I trust to do the rhinoplasty and chin lipo. In what order should I get done first?

The Cleft is in the skin and I use Voluma for this which lasts for 2 years. I wouldn’t try to use anything else as you can end up with dimpling or bumps!
