What procedure would you recommend to get this booty round? Especially the bottom part which have changed its shape quite a bit.

There’s always going to be some room for improvement, but your case may be a bit challenging.
To make a quality assessment that we need quality information.
A BBL is two procedures done at the same time.
The first Liposuction and the second is fat transfer.
 In order to assess your body for liposuction we need to see your body from your shoulders to just below your knees, especially the midsection of your torso to see if there’s fat harvest, and how Liposuction can improve the overall body contour.
Age has a major impact on the success of this procedure so knowing your age would be important as well.
Other variables that lead to skill, laity significant weight loss can also really change the potential outcome.
The lower inner part of the buttocks is not corrected with liposuction or fat transfer and it’s difficult to change.
A BBL is primarily a volume enhancing procedure and while it can’t create some improve shape I would say it’s more of a procedure than it is a shaping procedure.
Skin lax is probably the number one reason patience failed to be a great candidates.
In regards to that transfer, they’re also has to be a sufficient thick layer of subcutaneous fat, already present in the buttocks to support the grafted fat. 
The most important variable is always provider selection.
Finding the right provider is not at all easy or straightforward.
In my opinion, the best way to do this is to have multiple in person consultations.
Get a complete set of proper pictures of yourself taking the same way plastic surgeons take before and after pictures and bring those with you to use as reference during the consultation.
 During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics.
Use your own pictures as reference whenever reviewing before and after pictures.
If the patients don’t look like you in the before pictures that it’s not a good representation.
 There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider.
The more consultations you have the more likely you want to find the better provider for your needs.
