Can I still get a bbl even if I have a bruise on my butt? (Photo)

I don’t have much of a butt so when I’m sitting I’m basically sitting on my bone, and when I sit for prolonged periods ot time I end up getting a bruise underneath my butt cheek. It hasn’t happened in a while, but it recently happen and I’m wondering if this would affect my surgery that’s coming up
