BBL or Implants (or both)? Is it possible to have a rhinoplasty during the same procedure? (Photos)

Hello! I am 30F looking to get lipo 360 BBL, however I’m not sure if I’m a suitable candidate given my limited fat. I’ve received mixed reviews on this. I have attached photos of what I currently look like and photos of what I would roughly like. Based on this, would I be suitable to just get a BBL or should I get implants as well? My concern is the implants being hard or looking too fake. On the other hand, my concern is the fat not lasting with a BBL and having to get implants anyway. Lastly, I’d like to get a rhinoplasty in the same surgery. I know the recovery position is different, however I know many get BBL lipo along with breast augmentation and the recovery position for that is much the same. What are the risks and is this achievable? Thank you!
