Would a second round BBL give me a better shape? (Photos)

I had lipo 360 bbl September 3 2024. I have never been truly satisfied with my results. I was hoping for a smoother shape and feel I got left with pronounced love handles. I did not get the shape or projection I wanted. Just wanting some expert opinions or what will help me achieve my desired shape..

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these partial view photos and no side views, the only thing I see that your hips above the buttocks were not contoured with liposuction adequately and the lateral dent were not grafted adequately. A second round of BBL in the right hands and a surgeon who understands the aesthetic anatomy might give you significant improvement. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. good luck.

Are the two pictures you’ve included your outcome or before and after pictures? To make a quality assessment we need quality information.
This should include a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have proper before and after pictures, then ask the surgeon who did your procedure to forward the pictures they took.
 It seems like your love handles were not treated correctly during the Liposuction part of the procedure.
I usually contour this part of the body with patients laying on their side.
I also do most of my BBL work with patients laying on their sides as well.
 Consult with plastic surgeons in your community and ask providers to show you before and after pictures of previous patients who have similar body characteristics to get an understanding of what your results may look like.
Secondary procedures are generally more complex and may be less predictable depending on what was done during the first procedure.
