Male slim HD lipo 360 and BBL - will there be enough fat to transfer? (Photos)

Hello. I am 32M, and while I am active I want to further define my body with surgery. I consulted with a board certified plastic surgeon and he said that given that I am slim he can define my obliques and V line, and remove fat from chest and back. I believe this is amazing because I never wanted a six pack through surgery. However, I want that fat to be transferred to the buttocks but he said that given that I am slim at tops he can remove 1 liter of fat which at the end it will be between 300cc to 200cc of usable fat for a BBL, thats 100cc per each side which seems very conservative. Specially given that an important proportion of that fat will not survive. I am attaching pictures of my current body, i would like to know your professional oppinion

Thank you for your question and photos. You would do well with VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees, removal of the gynecomastia and fat transfer to the buttocks (the placement of fat in men is different than in women). As a Total Definer surgeon, I trained with the inventor of HD liposuction. I do these procedures in our in office certified surgery suite under deep intravenous sedation. I use stealth incision, there's no sign that surgery was done. You certainly have more than 1 liter of fat to be removed. In men, the arms and shoulders need to be sculpted and fat added to the deltoid muscles as well (part of creating the "V" shape).
