Can an alarplasty be reversed and what should I expect from the results? (photos)

Is it possible to reverse an alarplasty and would the scaring be bad? My nostrils are super uneven I don’t know what to do. Also there is this weird dent in my nose, can this be fixed and what was the cause of this dent. Thank you for the help!

In most cases Alarplasty is sufficient to achieve the appearance of a narrow nasal base or bottom half. However, some patients have bulbous or wide tip as well. In those cases you need both done. Based on your photos it is best to do both. Regards Dr. J

Every time you bring the nostrils in to reduce flaring, you make the tip appear slightly more prominent! So it has to be done with that in mind. In your particular case, you would be best served with a tip graft to increase the tip projection and produce tip narrowing. That would allow for alar...

Your photo is somewhat limiting because it doesn’t show the nostril openings. To me it spirals that your nostrils were not narrowed enough. If you do get a revision the nostrils should be narrowed if possible. This will improve the overall look
