What does an alar plasty do? an alar plasty alone, only reduces the width of the base of the nostrils. Your tip looks fine to me but if you need more definition of your tip then a nasal tip plasty could be combined with an alar plasty. The nostrils should not be narrowed as much as you are showing in your simulated “after“ or you will not be able to breathe through your nose.
