Your photo is somewhat limiting because it doesn’t show the nostril openings. To me it spirals that your nostrils were not narrowed enough. If you do get a revision the nostrils should be narrowed if possible. This will improve the overall look

Because your photos do not show the full face in profile, it is not possible to analyze whether the primary problem is that the alar base is too low, or your nose is too short. If sthe latter, lengthening the nose would normalize the alar base position in relation to the rest of the tip....
