My left nose is uneven in comparison to the right one. Would filler or an alarplasty fix this asymmetry? I also have a tear trough, so I wonder if filler could fix both of my problems. I hope I’m following the rules. If anyone is willing to help, please do :)

Your photo is somewhat limiting because it doesn’t show the nostril openings. To me it spirals that your nostrils were not narrowed enough. If you do get a revision the nostrils should be narrowed if possible. This will improve the overall look
