Just based on your photos, I suggest doing a revision of the lower tuck to remove the excess skin. EMSculpt does not tighten skin.

Congratulations on your weight loss and your lower body lift and chest reduction surgery. Thank you for your three key questions.

Based on your pictures, you did not need a vertical incision. If done correctly, the 360 body lift usually does not require a vertical component. In your case, you did not have much excess skin in the vertical dimension, so the vertical incision was not necessary.

Regarding Emsculpt Neo, I do not think it will significantly help with the hanging skin. While Emsculpt may provide some muscle toning, I believe traditional exercise would be more beneficial. Focusing on regular workouts will likely give you the best results.

In terms of your chest, since you have experienced laxity after losing over 200 pounds, working out will help improve muscle tone. However, for more dramatic and immediate results, you might consider the insertion of bilateral pectoralis implants. This procedure is relatively common among male weight loss patients who have undergone chest reduction, and the results can be phenomenal. Therefore, I would suggest consulting with your plastic surgeon about the possibility of chest implants.
