Lower face/necklift with platysmaplasty fail - can this be fixed? (Photos)

6 months post lift with platysmaplasty. Used some sort of revised corset using individually tied stitches rather than a running stitch which could potentially come undone. I was told initially I would not need to have platysma muscles botoxed ever again. I have had to do so, unfortunately, but am finding it still looks loose. Had two cool peel sessions and one RF treatment elsewhere.

Getting a neck tuck under local would be great and make a significant improvement. The incision is hidden under the chin. I also do lipo and morpheus/quantum of the jawline at the same time for added skin tightening. I would recommend shaving the straggly beard off but keeping the fu man chu....
