I would suggest posting better photos of yourself, standing straight, plus sides views. With you bending and slanting, it is more difficult to judge. You also did not post before implants view, but I suspect you have a gap between your breasts. The bases of your breasts cannot be moved.
I would suggest posting before implants view to see what your actual anatomy is. If one nipple does point out to the side more than the other naturally, this might be more difficult to correct.
Based on these photos, I would highly recommend a lift (anchor type to address the vertical and horizontal skin excess.) Regardless, these are all my own opinions based on the photos provided. I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon who has great training and experience in aesthetic breast...
