Had my implants for 10 years, ready to replace them. Last doctor said my desired look wasn’t possible & convinced me to go bigger. Why he put in 2 different sizes is beyond me! He told me one of my natural boobs was bigger than the other but honey, I was equally flat on both sides! My implants now are far apart & not the shape I wanted. Desired look is wide enough to give cleavage & side boob without much projection (example photos attached). Possible?
Answer: Implants I would suggest posting better photos of yourself, standing straight, plus sides views. With you bending and slanting, it is more difficult to judge. You also did not post before implants view, but I suspect you have a gap between your breasts. The bases of your breasts cannot be moved.

Answer: Would low profile implants give me my desired look? The best way to determine what you need and want is a consultation where we can examine you. However, from the pictures, I can tell that your desired size is achievable with larger implants. Good luck.

Answer: Had implants for 10 years, ready to replace them. Would low profile implants give me my desired look? Without the benefit of physical exam, review of before and after photos, and reading the op-report- it's difficult to comment accurately. Asymmetry is a rule, not the exception.. One side will never be 100% mirror of the other side. Based on your wish pics - it appears that it would require larger, different style implants ( most likely) to get closer to your goal

Answer: Breast implants You don’t have to have your implants redone if there’s nothing wrong. I just want to make it clear that many women think implants need to be redone every ten years. Not true. Only if there’s a problem

Answer: Implant size Dear jessicahope, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
