I am a 44 Transgender am tring to enlarge my breasts naturally and I almost have b cups now but would like them rounder and my areolas bigger. Any ideas ? My nips are coming along well

Thanks for your question.  It looks like you are coming along nicely with the hormones. Although you could try to enlarge the areolas by excising a circle of skin circumferentially, I think that his could leave you with an unacceptable scar.  If you are continuing to grow, I would wait and see what occurs naturally.  With continued growth of the breast itself, the areolas may stretch.  Alternatively, if you ever do consider implants to further enlarge your size, that will likely cause some stretching. Best of luck.
