My nipples are positioned quite low and to the outer sides of my breasts, I don't think I have too much actual sagging of the breast tissue, so I think positioning my nipples higher alone would make a difference if possible? I went to a surgeon consultation and i'm getting quite frustrated now because she told me I don't need a lift, but I really hate the way my breasts look so low. I've hated them for 4-5 years and I really just want something done about them! Any info would be very appreciated
