I am fit and go to the gym daily and have never taken any supplements or steroids. My chest is in great shape, its just the nipple that bothers me. I am guessing that its not gynecomastia but I could be wrong. I know that surgery is likely recommended, but being in college, it just isn't in the budget. Is there any thing else I can do to make them go down faster or should I just wait to see if they go away on their own. I am very self conscious because they even show through a white t-shirt.
