Red line on nose 18 months after nonsurgical rhinoplasty - advice? (photos)

I underwent non surgical rhinoplasty 18 months ago. Shortly after the procedure, I noticed a red line along my nose which almost appears slightly indented. I went back to the clinic who recommended laser treatment. However, following three treatments using a cutera laser the red line is still present. I suffer from mild rosacea and have also since been treated using cutera laser for this issue too. I am a female in my late 20's. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
