In our experience, prolonged redness after an injectable filler treatment typically responds well to IPL treatments. If the red line corresponds to an area where you were injected, if you had an ha filler, if you get it dissolved, perhaps the redness might get better. I suspect this situation may be more related to your rosacea then to the filler. In that regard, consider Consulting with a cosmetic dermatologist for consideration of IPL treatments.
