The names of plastic surgery procedures can be a bit confusing. The majority of patients who get gluteal enhancement surgery don’t actually have a procedure that does any lifting at all. The most common procedure involving the word butt lift is fat grafting to the buttocks, often called the Brazilian butt lift or a BBL.
Procedure doesn’t know lifting at all. It’s simply changes fat distribution. By removing Fadley from undesirable areas typically around the midsection and grafting fat to the buttocks and hips, dip areas and more attractive feminine S-curve can be established.
I recommend having multiple in person, consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons to get an assessment and better understanding of different treatment options. Inexperienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you at least $.50 of before, and after pictures of commonly performed procedures. Being shown a handful of preselected images, representing the best results does not tell you much about how much experience they have or what average results look like in the hands of each provider.
