Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a good candidate for a revision rhinoplasty. Maneuvers would include rasping the dorsum followed by placement of a mastoid fascia dorsal onlay graft or morselized dorsal onlay graft to improve the smoothness and contour of the dorsum. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Based on your photos, you appear to have relatively thin nasal skin, and an indentation along your left nasal sidewall that is causing a c-shaped appearance. Since you have a narrow nasal appearance, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for creating a permanently straighter nasal appearance without the inconvenience of additional surgery.
