Hello i am male 37 years old and healthy except for my nose. I had 2 surgeries done in 2020 and 2021. First one was a rhinoplasty and the second one was a closed surgery scraping method because the bump was still there. Doctor scraped the bump but also below the bump so the middle part of the nose bridge cartilage is very thin now and also sensitive all the time. Is it possible my nose is sensitive because the cartilage is so thin in the middle? Can we fix this by adding/replacing cartilage to the thin part ? I need a expert in revision rhinoplasty who had experience with these problems. Nose feels sensitive ( pinched ) I need a solution please help me Ricardo C
