How can I improve nostril flare and philtrum area? (Photos)

It’s been a depressing journey trying to get the nose I’ve always wanted. I started with primary and 4 years later had collapsed the nostrils i couldn’t breath well because the technique used was weak. I ended up getting a revision I can fully breath after that however one side of my nose tip was overprotected which left me looking a bit Witchy, the nose bridge also seemed wider but I’m unsure what part he built. 2 years later I was always depressed about the side and quarter view because it was so pointy and I looked like dobby so the dr did a revision small procedure touch up where he de projected the tip but this time he had cut my nostrils and this is what I’m upset about. I don’t know what has happened and how it can be fixed so please help. My nostril flare I had gave me that feminine look to my face and was something I did love about my nose but now it’s just stitched down and I don’t have that cartilage type curve flare anymore so now it kinda makes my nose look wide and dominant front on I feel masculine and quarter view photos doesn’t have that nice curve it looks more masculine and I am really upset about it, how can I get this back? the other thing is the bridge I feel like it’s to fat. My next biggest issue is my lips , my philtrum seems 2 of dropped and is flat like it’s so ugly and manly. If I get a lip lift is there a way to pull the nostril to flare more and lift the lip? photos attached when I hold my lip and nostrils down n out.
