Hello, I had rhinoplasty 8 years ago but for some reasons it seems like my nose never close up and I have asymmetry in my nose and lip. Is there anything that can be done about this or would I have to have a revision rhinoplasty? Thank you.

Unfortunately, it looks like some more work is needed to smooth out the irregularities. A well performed revision should make a nice improvement, but it has to be done by someone with extensive experience. If you don't want surgery, then fillers and maybe silicone may be able to make a nice...
It just looks to me as though the tip of your nose isn't as high as you wanted it, and the bridge is too prominent. In a revision operation, the tip can be elevated in a fashion to prevent it from drooping again, and the bridge lowered more, to match the new position of the tip better.

I see the asymmetry you're talking about. The asymmetry is exacerbated because of the width of your nasal bones (which make the bump on the bridge in the 3/4 view, like the 4th posted photo), and because of the width of the tip of your nose and the length of the nose. It's certainly possible...
