I had a septorhinoplasty three years ago + nasal valve collapse struts. I’m very happy with side profile and my breathing issues have resolved. From front on, I find my nose very crooked still, especially wwhen smiling. My PS said he feels it’s minor and wouldn’t suggest a revision, however it still bothers me. Should I seek other opinions, or is it not worth it? Is it possible I need more rigorous surgery, or perhaps the deviated septum re-deviated? Thank you!
