Hello dear doctors, 10 Months ago I had my primary open surgery. I realized in order to have my natural frontal view and nose height, not only tip projection, but columella longening is required, am I right? So I had these questions: 1. is it manageable to enlongen columella through closed revision? (columellar strut) 2. is widening my bridge, alar base and tip projection with ear cartilage through a closed revision possible? (ear cartilage would not be absorbed in a few years..?) 3. How much likely is it to achieve a natural result like 4th pic? 4. as long as I know, the thing that limits the surgery is skin shortness. so since in closed revision, no skin is shortened, if I don't get the desired results, will it be safe to just pass and go for another opened revision without losing anything? Thank you for your time

Unfortunately, it looks like some more work is needed to smooth out the irregularities. A well performed revision should make a nice improvement, but it has to be done by someone with extensive experience. If you don't want surgery, then fillers and maybe silicone may be able to make a nice...
