The swelling may be due to the bruising. A bruise is a collection of blood under the skin from the needle, so injecting more hyaluronidase may not help. In fact injecting too much can cause loss of your natural hyaluronic acid and leave you with wrinkly skin. I would wait.
Hyaluronidase can take effect quickly, sometimes as fast as one day. But, bruising and swelling from the injection itself (especially near the eye) can last days longer. I would give it a week before deciding whether you want/need more. Hopefully you will see resolution. Dr. Jen
The effects of Hyaluronidase can typically be seen as quickly as 24 hours. However it sometimes takes a few days to see the full effect and it is best practice to wait a week to let any swelling and bruising subside prior to having more injections in the same area.
Hi srtimmer,Hyaluronidase acts quickly but in some cases, also leads to swelling that resorbs within 2-3 days. Full strength and injected at the center of the nodule works best. So if the hyaluronidase was diluted, you expect that the effects will be slower. How do you feel? That ultimately answers whether you are improving or not.All the best,Justin Harper, M.D.

It is perfectly fine to inject hyaluronidase in the upper face and place filler in the lower face. Hyaluronidase does migrate a bit but won't cause any destruction of the filler in lips, marionettes, or chin area. Juvederm is a poor choice of filler for around the eyes and I have seen many cases...
