Where can I get ultrasound guilded hyaluronidase?

vollure all over my face. i had multiple treatments little results. I swell up, then shrink my own tissue and within 2 weeks i only dissolved little pockets. It is torture. i need to find a place for ultrasound guided hyaluronidase. i cant stand this pillowface.

There is no such thing.  Hyaluronidase spreads 2-3 cm from injection anyway so if you have had vollure and you want it reversed you do the hyaluronidase all over the areas you feel are swollen and then you treat the face with exilis ultra or venus legacy.  Most people under dose the hyaluronidase it typically needs AT LEAST 15-30 units per cm2 that is injected which can be 100s of units per area.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It is just a matter of using enough of the right form of hyaluronidase. I always use Hylenex because it is recombinant human form. Also dosing needs to be evaluated. Hylenex is FDA approved to assist in spreading medications so precise placement isn't needed with any hyaluronidase. Compounded hyaluronidase can be very weak. Also, Vollure might be more difficult than other HA's. Multiple treatments are needed in some cases.
