Should the hyaluronidase not be administered on the same day as filler? (photos)

It is perfectly fine to inject hyaluronidase in the upper face and place filler in the lower face. Hyaluronidase does migrate a bit but won't cause any destruction of the filler in lips, marionettes, or chin area. Juvederm is a poor choice of filler for around the eyes and I have seen many cases of it lasting for years as boggy edema. I will usually take more than one injection to fully resolve.

Doctors have different "best practices". I would usually wait 2-3 days after injecting hyaluronidase; sometimes more if there is swelling. Swelling will obscure the area to be filled. Hyaluronidase works for 2-3 days so I would like to see the full effect and let it run its course before injecting again.
You can have microneedling with PRP around the eyes to help with the crepey look. Your doctor can fill some more with Restylane Refyne in the eye trough area. Ditto with your marionette lines.
