I had FUE hair transplant 3 months ago. 5 days after my surgery, an unusual red area appeared on my head (pictures 1&2). In next days, this area became white while taking bath (picture 3). After one week, a night when I took bath, this area was separated as an extra white skin, but its follicles still existed and grew for next 3-4 days (pictures 4&5). 3 weeks after my surgery, the follicles of this area fell out extremely more than other areas. Now, the follicles of this area have not grown yet.

That redness is because of over dense packing of implantation of hair follcles.  But area is healed now and extremely  fast  shock  loss is because of  skin circulation impact  .

Having a large blood collection can be minimized by using appropriate amount of tumescente during the procedure for hemostatsis control

These appear to be inclusiiong cysts which are created when a hair is buried in the skin. The body walls them off. See your surgeon to have this addressed
