After the 6th day following your procedure, your grafts are no longer at risk for loss. The red spots most likely indicate areas where grafts were placed. The grafts should dislodge the follicles that were transplanted after two weeks. When the grafts fail to lose the follicles, pimples will form over time. These red spots are most likely pimples from retained hair follicles that were transplanted.
After 26 days, the grafts are well-healed after a hair transplant. It is unlikely that any damage was done at this point to the transplanted grafts. The grafts are now in a dormant phase and you can expect the start of regrowth around 4 to 6 months after the procedure. If you have any specific questions or concerns it is best to ask your surgeon.
