Hi, it growed really well straight away scabs we’re gone by day 5 and then slowly started to shed and still slowly shedding about 75% has shed feels fine little numb and red but has recovered well.Main question is I do boxing training 3 nights a week which includes high intensity, explosive cardio and sparring fighting without headguards.when would it be advisable to get back into this routine? Many regards
